Buff's industry background is all software development, twenty years of working with corporate and government clients to introduce technology solutions to increase productivity, expand service capabilities, or otherwise solve problems and achieve higher goals for the organization. Buff specializes in providing leadership in database-driven enterprise web implementations, managing the total software life cycle, from IT governance to requirements definition to implementation, QA test, and capabilities transfer to the client organization. Buff has implemented and managed hundreds of projects in software development positions with Roadnet Technologies, a subsidiary of United Parcel Service, and with Number Six Software, a large DC-area consultancy focused on government and corporate clients. Buff holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a BA in Computer Science from Dartmouth College.

Doug has over twenty years of experience leading software development activities and driving the adoption of modern software practices and technologies. His expertise in software development, assisting clients accelerate the adoption of effective software development practices, and applying this expertise to projects is a unique combination that mixes expertise and practice to drive results. Doug has been involved in too many project to count at Rational Software, a subsidiary of IBM, Number Six Software, a large DC-area consultancy focused on government and corporate clients, and WorldCell, an cellular provider using technology to serve the US Military. Doug holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.

Kirvan's industry background is primarily telecom, transportation logistics, and navigation and mapping systems. He has held consulting and management positions in the information technology sector for twenty years, ranging from systems engineering and software product development to product management and international business management. Kirvan has worked extensively with companies such as NAVTEQ, a leader in global mapping and navigation technology, software vendor MapInfo Corporation, in software with United Parcel Service, and in systems with a unit of British Aerospace. Kirvan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
